I'm so excited to announce the beginning of my new YouTube Channel!
To celebrate the first week, I have a new mini-workout video coming out each day this week.
I figured this would be a nice way for you to customize your workout at home - try a specific body part and do the video a few times, or mix and match for full-body workouts.
Sometimes, we just don't have the luxury of a full hour (plus travel time to the gym, etc...). Doing 5-10 minutes at home is soooo much better for your body than doing no movement at all. Imagine you did just 10 extra minutes of exercise each day. In a year that's almost 60 hours!
I hope you enjoy the videos - I truly appreciate all of your support. :)
