Hi friends, I'm so excited to announce the beginning of my new YouTube Channel! To celebrate the first week, I have a new mini-workout video coming out each day this week. I figured this would be a nice way for you to customize your workout at home - try a specific body part and do the video a few times, or mix and match for full-body workouts.
