

Awakenings
I often see the little messages around me in weird places. Like this morning for example... I woke up early, before my alarm around 3:40 am. The extra 20 minutes gave me some time to sit and read + journal, and I ended up bringing "The Book of Awakening", by Mark Nepo along to lead the 6 am Yoga class at Om My Yoga. The reflection today was about finding courage in each breath you take. How each exhale is like a tiny death, and each inhale reminds us that we are still alive.


Grounding Yoga Practice
