Where we will stay:
We will stay at the Silver Spring Retreat House in Mechanicsburg, PA. This unique retreat property is nestled on 7 beautiful acres with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large full kitchen, 2 gathering rooms, and an inviting large indoor + outdoor fireplace. In addition, there are large inviting porches & nature spaces for rest & reflection.
 
Price includes:
- 2 night accommodations at Silver Spring Retreat Center
- 4 meals & plenty of snacks!
- 4 Yoga practices
- All supplies for activities
- Guests will each have their own bed in a shared room
