Body paint and glow sticks will be provided.
Wear white or fluorescent clothing.

Balanced Life Training Program

A 6-week program unlike any other "weight loss" program, Balanced Life Training focuses on taking a mindful approach, and becoming flexible in our definition of balance based on our specific lifestyle and needs. 

As we learn to raise our awareness, we learn to raise our accountability. 

This program is available virtually.
