REFLECTIONS RETREAT

The weekend will be filled with Mindful Movement/Yoga, Meditation, creative projects, and more!

Spend Friday evening - Sunday afternoon at a lovely retreat center in Mechanicsburg, PA.

We will stay in a lovely 6 bedroom, 5 bath recently renovated 18th century stone house located on seven beautiful partially wooded acres.  Your weekend will also include 5 meals, snacks, beverages, and all activities.
